A gruesome murder case in Constanţa, Romania, has but one 14 years old suspect: a young boy that has, allegedly, been sexually abused by the now dead 39 years old man who died a very brutal death. The deceased had been reported missing by his family three days before he was found in a blood-covered 6 feet deep cellar. Investigators interviewed the young boy and, according to sources, found out that the murder victim had tried repeatedly to molest him sexually – the last time being close to the day of the murder. The 14 years old boy is expected to be heard by a court on Wednesday, for a ruling on whether to arrest him or not. The story between the boy and the murder victim goes back a long time.
The King of Romania, Possible Witness in 70 Years Old Case
A court in Timişoara, Romania, will be ruling upon a request to call the former Romanian King, Michael the First of Romania, to the witness stand, in a case involving a property dispute between the Romanian Chamber of Commerce and the local state university. His Majesty is the last surviving head of state from the time of the Second World War. The property being litigated, named the Lloyd Palace, in Timişoara, used to belong to the Chamber of Commerce until 1945, when a royal decree transfered its property to the local University – “Universitatea de Vest”. The Chamber of Commerce is now reclaiming the building and argues that the royal decree was signed under pressure from the governing Communist Party – the same party that, in 1947, forced the same monarch to abdicate and leave the country.

Smells Like Depression: Romanians Use Less Soap Since Crisis
It’s official and the Romanian prime minister, Emil Boc, announced it personally on national television, Thursday evening. Romanians have, on average, spent 19% less in 2010 on soap, shampoo and personal hygiene, after incomes were reduced by 25 to 40 percent in the public sector. “This was, unfortunately, normal. As incomes have decreased, everyone cut their personal expenses. This is what every family does”, admitted Emil Boc.
